Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return directly through our website's 'Orders' section.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes with a nominal convenience fee.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own to find your perfect Powerlook fit.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, there might be a slight variation (within 5-10%) in the actual color of the garment.
